Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Suggestion

Can of worms opened.....springs only is a BAD idea....if you use the stock shocks, then they will wear VERY quickly and then give you the pogo effect of your car bouncing up and down during cornering....so you should also do shocks that are meant for shorter springs, so the shocks can have full travel, otherwise the shocks ride around all the time partially compressed....so if you do it that way, you start approaching coilover range....this is why so many have done coilovers....I have heard good things about the H&R/Blistein sport spring shock combo.....also install of coilovers is LESS expensive than springs and shocks so take installation costs into consideration.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

i was afraid of that newport... what about camber kits etc...... i hear a lot of lowered cars here... but no camber kit...... what's going on? oh so just HR springs is not good enough? eventhough i just want to lower it 1 to 1.5 inches?

POST 4Original post

You could get the RoW M030 springs/shocks. About $1,100 for the parts and $600-ish to install. You will also need to have the car aligned if you lower it in any way.
