I believe the wheels are made by BBS - they'd probably be, if not the best source, a good place to start. good luck

Look up dirt track suppliers, Sprint cars use 3 piece wheels from Weld and BBS,, Not sure but it seems like all the ones I've taken apart used the same size bolts.. BTW a small cordless impact driver is the cats tail for this job, especially if you have bead locks too. I spin them off with the Impact driver and put them on with my screw driver on the low release setting , then its about 1/2 turn on each one with the torque wrench. The plain grade 8 bolts come in bags of 100. Same for the matching nuts. Chrome ones are expensive,, TI is even worse.
