Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.
Discussions that contain suggestions
1
0 original-poster resolution reports. Counts can overlap; they are not unique people or a success rate.
0 discussions have direct query context; 0 report a fix in that context. Other evidence may inherit the discussion’s subject.
Suggestion
If you want, i could ask my dry carbon guy in montreal how much it would cost to do a limited run of the piece, but it would probably cost a lot because a mould would be required and all the other jaz.
Leading evidence: 'Run of the piece' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, The most frequently discussed action is 'Run of the piece' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.
Source reports, not a diagnosis or a success probability. Counts refer to discussions and can overlap.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

^ i've got you covered on the mirror covers
(hehe...pun)
Mr. C4, as far as getting just that one center piece, i'm not sure. Getty design has the whole wing in cf for 1900$US and you could paint it and leave the center piece exposed.
If you want, i could ask my dry carbon guy in montreal how much it would cost to do a limited run of the piece, but it would probably cost a lot because a mould would be required and all the other jaz. I mean, to put it in perspective, 10 dry carbon hoods would probably be around 2Grand Canadian so something like this would probably cost around 800 bucks.
Got the carbon RS side mirrors already.
I have the option of getting by center piece wrapped in carbon fibre for approx. USD 200 but not 100% that the result will be to my liking however the guy doing the CF has done great jobs in the past.
This piece must be available in CF as I presume it has been done before!?
Ciao,
J.
I have the RS Scoop for the MKI GT3 wing it is in carbon. These were the original pictures from the ebay auction were I picked it up. (NOT FOR THE MKII WING.)The Clear coat has some scuffs and scratches but repairable. Also the flash makes the clear coat look foggy not giving it the true color. The fit is fantastic! I will take some close ups later today. I will end up putting it in the classifieds then on ebay.
I will let it go for $200 as I have no need for it anymore... :
does that actually help to ram air in thru the holes?
it looks like it may sit too far back and just creat a lot of buffeting of airflow. correct me if i'm wrong.
I will find some threads that I read that speak to the benefits, the GT3 guys are running this scoop and the GT3 RS has one so I can't imagine it is all show and no go.
