Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have been in preliminary talks with Rolf, from Rolfs Auto, in Summit New Jersey. http://rolfsauto.com/media/rolfs.html About an amazing 1999 996 C2. The car isn't on his lot at this point in time, but it's only about a 4.5 hour drive from my house in Boston so I may just go and see it this coming weekend. So far, Rolf has bent over backwards to make me happy, been totally a professional, and a gentleman, and an all around nice guy. He seems to really know his stuff, and can certainly back it up with how he speaks on the telephone. He said he'd have no problem with a full Porsche PPI and makes his customers sign a carfax when they buy his cars. He said he doesen't by cheap cars, he only buys perfect cars. Has anyone here done any business with him? He sounds like a pretty trusthworthy fellow. I am really pleased with him so far. Has told me I could come see the car afterhours, or even on a weekend.

POST 2Original post

sounds like a sales pitch to me! Haven't dealt with Rolf, but having a PPI done would alleviate any doubt you may have. If you end up getting it , you should give us a ring, maybe we can get a small meet together

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post
