Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have recently replaced the battery and checked it out a few days and noticed there was heavy moisture, though its under the cover. It's been raining recently here, but I don't think it's normal to look like that?

POST 2Original post

Actually, I would not be too concerned. Looks like condensation on various parts. You said it had been raining so there was lots of moisture in the air. Even the positive and negative battery leads, as well as the heater hoses have condensation on them. Are all your drains clear?

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Quotes source post: 16283095

yes, drains on the side are all clear and everything else under the hood was completely dry. Only under the plastic that covers the battery was moisture.
