Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I need to replace some hoses, but I cannot find these in the parts catalog. Anybody have any ideas? In this picture, I am looking for the part that the vacuum check valve is inserted into.

POST 2Original post

What? I cannot tell what you are asking for from the pictures. The top picture shows the top of the engine, and the bottom 2 pictures show coolant hoses on the engine.

POST 3Original post

The thin spaghetti vacuum lines can be bought from NAPA in silicone rubber or stock here... http://www.autoatlanta.com/results.p...=911%201998-05 Search the site for all the diagrams of the cooling line if needed... http://www.autoatlanta.com/results.php They have very detailed diagrams to help you.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Wow, I did not finish typing my post I guess.... In the first pic, I'm looking for the tube that vac check valve is plugged into. After going through the parts catalog, I think it is: https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...h/99611068552/ The second picture maybe is https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...w/99610623356/ But the other two hoses, on the left of the engine, I cannot find in the parts catalog.

POST 6Original post

All of the engine coolant hoses are here http://www.autoatlanta.com/porsche-p...section=105-05 Be very careful to choose the right hose for P/N #18 as there are various configurations. The little coolant hose is #29

The SAI system and hoses are here http://www.autoatlanta.com/porsche-p...section=108-05

Nicely done, you got me where I needed to be. Drawing #18 in the diagram to not look the same as the part in the car does was a nice trick on their part.
