Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

20 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hi everyone, I got my 03 midnight blue C4S last thursday, but i have been too busy driving it, so I only took some pictures today. The car is excellent, I drove it almost 100 miles/day,It has been a delight. I would also like to thank all of you guys that have been very helpful in giving me good advise. Any recommendation on any mods is welcome, but i do not think i will be modding it heavily..Thanks again guys.

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

First 3 pics were dirty, that was when i got the car right off the transporter.

POST 3Original post

Congratulations!!! I recently picked up a '03 C4S too and can completely relate to the seat time vs everything else phenomena. Enjoy your beautiful car!

POST 4Original post

Congrats! Absolutely love my '04 as well. Yours is a beauty! SSK is a must IMO. I'm looking at a thicker wheel as well, but undecided as to whether it's worth doing. Can I use the same airbag mechanism that's there now, or is a new unit needed?? Phil

POST 5Original post

No way you can you be on this board and consider mods something youwant to do lightly. It is a disease called PORSCHERITIS and there is no cure. Beatiful car.....better hide your wallet!

POST 6Original post

Congratulation on the purchase, she is a beauty.

POST 7Original post

Congrats!! Beatiful car!! I picked up my Lapis Blue C4S last week

POST 8Original post

How many miles and how much did you pay, if I may ask? As for mods, definitely do the PSE with switch.

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Sure, i dont mind. People here has helped me a lot, so I don't mind helping you if you are looking for one too (i assume)..The car has done almost 15k, i paid $63k.

POST 10 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Ok i lied how much will a short shift cost? what else guys? keep the suggestions coming.

POST 11Original post

I may have an oem ssk available before too long, pm me.

POST 12Original post

I think midnight blue is my first or second favorite color for a Porsche. Nice ride! Silver side markers would look awesome on that blue.

POST 13 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Silver side marker? what are they?

POST 15Original post

The amber side blinkers just in front of the front wheel wells.

POST 16 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

ok..ic..i thought they were something else. lol. yeah, i wanted to change them into clear ones. are they expensive? can I change it myself?

POST 17Original post

Very inexpensive -- less than $30 for a pair even at full retail. It's a simple DIY plug-and-play.

POST 18Original post

Congrats! The 4s is a great car. Def clear side markers. Cheapest mod you will do. Cost like 25 bucks. PSE and a SSK would be on my list next.maybe even check out bumperplugs.com.

POST 19 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

what about aftermarket exhaust? you guys seem to be reccomending PSE, any other? I like Tubis, but it was mentioned couple of times to be very expensive.

POST 20Original post

Nice. I have had mine about 2 years now and still get a kick out of it every times I drive it Enjoy!
