This is not a probability of success.

I saw these wheels on ebay but am worried they won't fit right.... what do you guys think... Or is anyone running them. Most of them are just wheels with no pics on cars.

The wheel design is a little too intricate for my tastes, but many guys do like this look. As with may other selections, it really comes down to personal preference and ultimately, what YOU like.
The wheels you listed are 19 x 8.5 with 52mm offset (front) and 19 x 10 with 58mm offset (rear). Assuming you have 18 x 8 with 50mm offset (front) and 18 x 10 with 65mm offset (rear), here are the differences in the clearances between the wheels.
Rear 7mm more inner clearance and the outside of the wheel would extend 7mm more than your current wheels, which should not be a problem.
Front 8mm LESS inner clearance and the outside of the wheel would extend 4mm more than your current wheels. The only part of this I am not certain about is the reduced inner clearance. I am not sure if this will cause you any issues or not. Maybe some others can offer their opinions.
They're from Highline Wheels. They also have a website: modularwheels.com.
They're pretty decent for the money from all accounts. The biggest beef with them is pricing that's all over the board. Those wheels were listed at $1799 just the other day.
I had a set from highline, the quality was good, just very heavy. If you have big red brakes, you'll need spacers and bolts, add that into the equation as well. You don't want to get too far off from your stock offsets, it will mess with your psm/awd. Factory recommends staying within 15% of stock et/offset.
In short, you get what you pay for, and they do rip you on shipping! (195$)!!
Damn, when I bought mine 1.5 yrs ago it was 195, just up from 150, dayam!
Funny thing, I recently sold those wheels, mouted with tires, fedex ground 74$ total.
