These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

What are the options for that MY?
Porsche says I need the following 60K service, air bag service, flush brake fluid, change oil, replace serpinetine belt are these services only to be done at porsche? I am in the chicago area.
Congratulations. I've driven Porsches for about 8 years and slowly worked my way up the models... I currently have an '03 996. Great car and I hope you enjoy yours as much as I am enjoying mine.
Take it easy,
JKC
Welcome to the forum. Which model Jaguar did you own? XK? For how many years? Was it the Jaguar's low dependability that caused to sell it? XK-R has always been a car I wanted to add to my collection, but it was the Ford's ownership and Jag's dependability issue that kept me stay away all this time. I test drove an XK before, and I wasn't impressed with the handling or the ride, but I don't care. It's the styling I am fond of, the long-body that doesn't go out of style.
Congratulations. In your maintenance book on page 1 it has your options codes also under your front hood as well. There's a decoder here at renelist go to the General link than Opt. Decoder
The XK8 was a 2 door coupe. I never had any problems other than a water pump in the 2 years I owned her. Great car for long distance driving a true GT. Coupe is the only way to go not many in the US 200-300 per year. Thanks for all the info if you guys need to ask an Jag questions please feel free as that was my 3rd.

Just wait until you drive the Porsche across county! I did with mine and it is a great GT car. After driving 18 hours only stoping for gas I still felt great and was ready for more.
Congrats. I just bought my first Porsche this morning ... '02 996 Turbo (I guess that's "twin-turbo?"). I am new to Porsche, so I have much to learn.
I traded in an '06 BMW M5 for this. The M5 is a fantastic car and I enjoyed it, but I discovered my desire was for a true sports car - not a high performance sedan to add to my small, but growing car collection. My interests certainly are diverse - '60's vintage muscle cars to BMWs and Porsche. LOL
Mine is black on black. I honestly don't know what options it has ... other than full leather, carbon fiber package, cd player. Oh ... and it's a 6 speed manual.
I won't be picking it up until Friday. It's a certified pre-owned, so it comes with a 4 year, 100k mile warranty. Current mileage is 18k. Looking forward to Friday!

It cracks me up when people buy hugely expensive cars, drive them for a few months, and dump them for something else. You would think an M5 would hold your attention for a while, anyway, no?
Who am I kidding, hardly a day goes by I'm not tossing around this car or that car... my current obsession is to buy a jacked up Jeep Rubicon. Now there's a real change of pace...
It did ... for almost a year (took delivery last December). The M5 is a unique and awesome car ... it just isn't a true "sports" car. My wife has an '06 BMW 750Li that we use for the "formal" car when traveling with passengers, etc.
90 percent of the time I drive my Ford pickup truck - or one of the old muscle cars.
