Also they experiment with products so much over there that you never really know what someones favorite is because most of the discussioin revolves around new products or different techniques using products.

I was doing some research about car polish and wax recently, and i found it very interesting to see that Rejex and Zaino is very popular with Renlist, but don't make the cut with the Autopia forum. Its very strange to see such a big difference in opinion.
Looking for some feedback.

Zaino is very popular over at Autopia. Zaino is easily in the top 5 products over at Autopia. Even with that realize that Autopia has a much bigger social economical sampling than Rennlist therefore cost can be a factor. Zaino is not a cheap product to initially start using. Once purchased it last forever because the very little used but it will easily cost you $60 (and most likely more) to get into the Zaino system initially and that is without prep products. Also they experiment with products so much over there that you never really know what someones favorite is because most of the discussioin revolves around new products or different techniques using products. There is an old Poll at Autopia that easily shows Zaino's popularity.
Rejex is not that popular because it doesn't really offer any advantage over what Zaino or Klasse can do and the durability most have experienced is less than Zaino or Klasse. Additionally the 12 hour cure period is a pain.
Interestly, Armourall is releasing a product that is virtually identicle to Rejex and is projected to sell for4-12$/bottle. Gotta love capitalism and mass production.
I guess Autopia does sell competing products hence, Zaino and Rejex(they don't sell either products) are not promoted. Nonetheless, the forum users seem to go with the mainstream brands like Meguire's, 3M, PS21 and etc... Stuff that you can mostly buy off the shelf.
There are also a lot of professional detailers on Autopia. The last thing they want to do is a multiple-step process like Zaino or deal with a 12 hr cure process like Rejex.
Bet had it right Zaino is probably in the top 3 of popularity at autopia. Its just the new stuff and stuff the pros use in quantity gets discussed more. I am a member and use blackfire mostly but also P21s and alot of 3m products. If you do a search you will see zaino is quite popular. Also alot of guys at autopia detail their cars every 4 weeks or so so longevityof a product is not always a requirement.
