Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Good day fellow Rennlisters! I couldn't help but to take these pics today, now that the Red Cab is back from having her rear bumper scrape repaired. The work is totally undetectable!

POST 2 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Here's another, great weather in Boston today!

POST 3Original post

Looks great. My red 996 will be repaired soon. I was rear-ended at a stop light. Did you have your bumperettes painted at the time of repair or was that standard in 2002?

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Greg, the same thing happen to me... I was sitting idle at a stop light when I got brushed by an elderly woman. Oh well, it was repairable. The painted bumperettes are standard for '02. For prior to '02, I have heard great things about having them painted by www.bumperplugs.com.

POST 6Original post

Thanks. I have been thinking about sending the bumperettes in to be painted while the 996 is in the shop.
