Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Anyone know of a good car cover for my 2001 996 with Aero options. I need the cover for indoor only (Garage). Need to use for dust and protect for dings from my 8 year old son and wife that tend to get too close to my car for my comfort. I live in michigan and need to cover for winter also. Thanks Alan

Call California Car Cover. They are great. They'll custom make to your car and type of protection you need. No affiliation with them. Have bought 4 covers from them

POST 3Original post

Save yourself some money. Unless you want to have a cover that is an exact fit, just measure the length of your car (allow a little extra) and go to ebay to buy a general fit car cover. I ended up getting one that someone was selling for $20, plus shipping. It's not custom, but I only use in in my garage so I really don't care. Cotton is best - the nylon ones tend to be a little slippery when trying to put it on.
