Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I recently bought an Mk1 rear lid / wing for the 996. This will complete the mk1 Aerokit package on the car. However I am unsure about exactly how this is assembled and I have not found any pics on the net that illustrate it clearly. If somebody can point me to a DIY on assembling or adjusting the rear wing it would be much appreciated. Supposedly there is a Porsche TSB Aero Kit install document floating around. That woud be great if anyone had a link. Thanks, Bill

POST 2Original post

You have the picture from the TSB. I wrote a short explanation here

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yes unfortunately I am at a loss to understand how all the small parts are assembled. It's teh orientation of them that is in question. Pretty embarassing considering I can build race engines For example, what goes into the diagonal slot in part #1 in the photo? Any links to the actual assembly info or to that TSB woud be helpful. - Bill
