Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

11 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 3Original post

Got mine at Rennline. Magnetic and I have had to add tape to the leading edge. I have tested them up to 135 MPH

POST 4Original post

Home Depot! i just got some contact paper. First couple of times I printed a "mold" then taped it to the paper and cut it out. A few weeks ago, I cut the contact paper, put it in the printer, printed each number and cut then out. Got home and put them back on the contact paper. Can't beat it for something like $5-10.

POST 5Original post

A local sign shop here makes mine in trade for beer. They use temporary vinyl so it's easy to peel off. Also, the owner of that sign shop has a 1970 911E which he let me drive last week.

POST 6Original post

Any sign shop can do magnetics in a day for you.... I paid $25.00 each for 14" round white with black border... similiar to rennline's offering.

POST 7Original post

Home depot.. Blue painters tape.. makes any number you want. Done

POST 8Original post

Or if you want custom, there is always the option I bought. Charlie (a RL'er with the userID DrJupeman) did mine for both my GT3 and Turbo. Here's a couple pics. IIRC, they were $45 a piece. Here's a link to his website (LINK)

POST 9 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks Guys. I had magnetic signs in the past on a work truck. The paint got all scratched up and lost a few of them on the highway going 70MPH. I really like these and will be ordering this for simplicity. https://rennlist.com/forums/7482051-post6.html

POST 10Original post

Chao, those are from the same place I bought my magnetic panels from. Charlie will take good care of you!

POST 11Original post
