I have a 1998MY 996 fitted with PCM 1 and I want to add a CD Changer, but Porsche in the UK are quoting me �500 for the changer alone!!!

The Becker Silverstone is identical. I fitted one nearly 2 years ago without any problems, apart from sour grapes c/o local OPC!!
