Coverage and how to read this overview
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.
1 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

The Chesapeake Region is having one of its most fun events, a two hour kart enduro at Allsports Grand Prix in Sterling, Virginia on January 3rd, 2004 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Your entry fee includes full arrive-and-drive privileges (helmet, suit, gloves or you may bring your own, but you'll need the full face shield), lunch (pizza and soda), and trophies, if you place in the top three.
If you have never visited Allsports, you are in for a treat. These are not kiddie karts that you drive flat out and get bored, but rather high performance, shifter-like karts that demand finesse, pinpoint concentration, skill and a modicum of upper body strength; something we all have, right? Well, if you don't, they are still a blast to drive. This is a perfect place to hone your drivings skills until your next DE or club race. Heck, you might even beat that driver whos always smacking you up with his zillion dollar suspensioned Turbo and always-fresh Hoosiers. Or maybe that pesky 924 driver whos always making excuses for why hes slower than you will finally wax your tail. The drama...
Each kart is equipped with a transponder, so we don't need someone to count our laps, the good ol computer does it for us. Unlike some other places, the karts are very equal in performance.

Here's some of the fine print:
1) There will be ten teams with five to six drivers on each team. If you dont have enough to form a team, you will be assigned to one.
2) Cost is $80 per person for six drivers per team, $96 per person for five drivers per team. A smaller team means more seat time. However, be aware that these karts can be very tiring to drive; your arms and upper body will be toast after the enduro.
3) Checks should be made out to:
CHESAPEAKE REGION, PCA
and mailed to Manny Alban, 3203 Grindle Ct., Abingdon, MD 21009.
Do not make checks out to Manny Alban. After January 30, before sending a check, please email Manny at Carrerados at aol.com to verify that he has openings.
4) You are not 'in' until your check(s) have been received or until Manny has verified your spot.
5) We only give refunds if either you or we can find a replacement for you.
6) You must be 18 years old to participate. And yes, they do check I.D.
Now is a good time to say no thank-you to those five extra holiday cookies you think no one will ever miss...
