Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Happened last night - 1 inch scrach on rear Turbo Look II lip. Any idea of cost of repair? Any disadvantages? (i.e. does it invalidate wheel warranty/ weaken wheel, etc) Thanks

POST 2Original post

I had a couple wheels done at Wheel Worx in Millersville, MD a couple years ago. It took a week and cost about $125 per wheel. No warranty issue, you can't even tell they were repaired. There also a place in Rockville called Wheel Doctor but I haven't used them. Karl

POST 3Original post

I had mine done by Wheel Worx, but indirectly. I took them to CDE Motorsports (now Ultimate LLC) in Sterling, and they got them out and back. (The reason I did that was because at the time my office was just a block from CDE) Based on Karl's post, you can save a bunch of money by taking them to Wheel Worx yourself. And like he says, they look just like new! =Carlos=

POST 4Original post

Try Transwheel - [phone removed] I think they're in MD - but Wheel Worx sounds good too- seems like you have two customer referrals already
