Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

i'm new to porsche. i have red 996 with areo kit but doesn't have rear fins. where can i get one for good price? thx

POST 2Original post

Fins? Where? Do you mean a wing? Or is it the little pieces on either side of the rear bumper? If this is what you mean, they are only for pre-2002 cars. The 2002-2003 have a specially shaped rear bumper that does not require those pieces. HTH

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

POST 4Original post

They are called GT aero fins and I got mine from a local Porsche dealer for $600 and had a shop paint and installed them. Check E-Bay, I have seen new ones for sale there for real cheap.
