Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Could someone please post a photo of an infant seat installed in the back of their 996. I've heard that it can be done, but I am yet to see an actual photo. I'm not interested in rear facing in the front seat, only the back.
Thanks.
Peter
Those are great for older kids. Looks terrific.
My son is only 4 months old, so I'm looking for more of an infant seat set-up. Anyone that can help, please post.
Thanks.
Peter
Will try and take a pic tomorrow. I have the porsche seat that covers infants up to about 35 lbs. It mounts either rear facing or forward facing. Porsche said to put it in the front seat. Some $400 later (airbag deact. kit), I read the instructions and it mentioned putting it in the rear seat. Voila! It fits fine and uses the top tether / anchor. My son (2.3 yrs, 30lbs) loves it. He rides facing forward, and prefers "Daddy's Porsche car " to "Mommy's Outback".
I'm looking for all ways to get my little one secured in the back. If I have to wait for him to get a little older and then install a front facing seat in the back then that's fine. I just want to see my options for both infant and then 20+ pounds.
The whole idea behind this is that I'd like to figure out a way to have wifey in the front and the little boo in the back.
I'm going to the dealer this afternoon to try and work out a deal on a sweet '99 C2 Cab.
Please, Please, Please post pics for me.
TIA
Peter
Okay, will try to put up some pics today--besides I owe my 3-year old (for two days) a ride in it, she has been asking. There is no problem having both ladies in the car at least in the coupe--except for the one in back wanting to drive and the one in front surfing radio stations.
Wait until your baby is a year or so and has a stronger neck before using the seat front-facing. BTW there are rear anchors in the '99 C2 way back under the carpet, I assume the cab is the same.
