Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hello ! I am intending to add an amplifier in the booth, but I have issues in figuring out how to pull the (cables 4x signal + 4x speaker + remote on/off) through the firewall of the vehicle. I do not have any amp today in the booth so I cannot "reuse" some cables at all. I found two rubber gromets, on on each side of the battery, but both of these were completely stucked with cables. Are there any else ? regards, Niclas

POST 2Original post

I believe those are the only two grommets. Most DYI installers use those...and I hope to do the same myself soon.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I found a (third) rubber gromet which are not used at all just behind the battery, and coming in just above the pedals. I will use this one and seal with some butyl. // Niclas
