Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

How many different shift ***** does Porsche use on their cars? Does anyone have pics of all that they use? And how does Porsche decide which car gets which ****? I've noticed that the pics of the upcoming GT3's had 2 or 3 different shift *****. Does Porsche just put whatever **** they have in stock, cause I have seen both the "narrow looking ****" and the fatter **** on the car.

POST 2Original post

The narrow shifters come with the base models ... I beleive across all models. The shorter appearing, fatter ***** are an upgrade that come with the Carbon/ Aluminum / Wood Shifter / Brank handle packages (P71, Y05, etc). Not sure about the GT3s.

The same goes for the GT3.
