I see you offer risers but those are for use without a center console.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Just emptied the bank account to buy the car and now you're tempting me to bust open the kids piggy-bank to buy this wicked short shifter that looks like a work of art....seriously dude, you're hurting me!!!
This is very tempting as the only area I'm looking to improve upon at this point in time is the shifter.
Nice write up on this unit in 6Speed.
Nice. I just installed mine last night. Sadly I have to wait until the spring until I can test it on the road. Definitely a big improvement while shifting in the garage. No play or slop. It is a shame that it has to get covered up by the shift boot tomorrow.
Thank you! It's a great improvement no doubt! We're ready when you are.
Order placed! Thank you for the business!!!
Pleased to hear! Just wait, the real difference is on the road! I'm eager to hear your feedback.
I have a B&M Trak shifter. It has an extra long shifter lever that places the handle right next to the steering wheel and makes for very ergonomic shifting. I wonder how the Numeric compares and if a lever with a height similar to the Trak shifter could be offered as an option. I would never want to go back to a short lever like on the stock shifter.
I see you offer risers but those are for use without a center console. A longer lever would work with the console installed.
Measuring both shifters, OEM and Numeric side by side on a flat granite plate from the bottom of the base to the top of the lever. The OEM shifter measures 9.8 inches and the NUMERIC 10.3 inches.
Installed mine on Sun..took a bit more than an hour!
The shifting does feel a bit more precise and "rifle bolt action"like.
Been too cold here for driving the car yet, but will soon.
Question re positioning ..in the middle position is the shift reduced by about 20 %?
The shortest throw position felt too stiff,so I stuck with the middle aligning/adjustment position
I have a few weeks on my Numeric shifter and I'm very happy with it. Shifting is much more firm and precise. Definitely a worthy upgrade. It takes a bit more effort to shift but I don't mind that at all. Feels a lot more like I would have expected a 911 to feel in the first place.
