Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

4 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Insurance co is replacing my rear bumper cover. What are my options as far as OEM covers go on a MY99 C2? Did the Aero kit option for the 99-01 include a different rear cover or just those add on side skirts? (Pics or part numbers would be nice as well if a cup style cover exists.) thanks Rich

POST 2Original post

The 99-01 only had the rear pieces which are known as "rear GT trim". I might have a spare set if interested.

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks alpine, that's what I thought but wanted to make sure before I had the shop go ahead with the OEM unit. If I decide on the adding the wings down the road I'll PM you.

POST 4Original post

Have the shop go with an OE not OEM. OE-Orignal Equipement (Porsche), OEM-Original Equipement Manufacturer (the company that makes it for Porsche but they are lower quality than OE).

This is a source reference. Confirm exact model applicability in the original material.
