Read evidence and context
Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I had oil in the places you showed and a considerable amount of oil higher up, I noticed the AOS line (see pic) was soaked in oil, I cleaned it and within 3 days it had oil all over it again.
Leading evidence: 'Clean air oil separator' (no explicit attributable resolution; this is a reported action or suggestion). Across 1 matching discussions, the most frequently mentioned possible cause is 'here' (1 discussions; 0 report identifying it and 1 suggest it). The most frequently discussed action is 'Clean air oil separator' (1 discussions). For that action, 0 discussions report a resolution and 0 report an unsuccessful attempt. No action has an explicit, attributable resolution report under the current rules. These are forum reports and suggestions, not a confirmed diagnosis.

Suspected cause
I agree the oil pressure sensor looks like the suspect here.

Suggestion
Perhaps you can clean off all the grime and trace the leak to the highest point?

While I was replacing the plugs/coils on the passenger side of my '99 cab, I noticed wetness on the side of the engine and part of the exhaust.
These are separate views of the same evidence. Frequency alone does not establish a fix, and these counts must not be added together.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

While I was replacing the plugs/coils on the passenger side of my '99 cab, I noticed wetness on the side of the engine and part of the exhaust. I have attached pics. If anyone has any ideas that would be great. One thought I had was that it could be the oil pressure sender/switch, underneath which is covered in grime. All the pics are from below near the #6 cylinder (so the passenger side towards the front of the car). The plug tubes were re-done about 8k miles ago and dont seem to be leaking now. Now that I think about it, some of the oil could be from the period prior to the plug tubes being done. I am definitely getting some leakage now though (there is a small amount of oil on the garage floor).
TIA.
Agree with Ahsai, best way to track down leaks is to clean everything around that area with Brake or parts cleaner. Then it will become clear where the leak is coming from if you have one somewhere. Good-luck... Cheers,
This is my first post so if it helps that's cool.
My 04 looked exactly like yours in terms of the oil leak. I chased all of the standard oil leak rabbits to no avail. I had oil in the places you showed and a considerable amount of oil higher up, I noticed the AOS line (see pic) was soaked in oil, I cleaned it and within 3 days it had oil all over it again. Upon closer inspection I found the AOS line was up against the plastic edge of one of the wire harness restraints. This is right where the AOS line takes a bend and goes between the intake runners on the passenger side. The contact on the plastic clip wore a very small hole in between two of the ribbed areas on the AOS line and presto, the leak source located. I ordered a new line and did a temp fix with electrical and Gorilla tape. I also suspended the line up away from the offending clip and over one month saw no further oil leaks. Take a look at the attachment and check yours, maybe this is your issue.
Good luck.
