This is not a probability of success.

My '04 has original suspension which needs to be replaced, I'd consider something marginally firmer since I do plan to try the car at a few HPDE's.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

8 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I understand the ROW M030 kit will not fit the C4S. Is there s similar upgrade which will fit the C4S? My '04 has original suspension which needs to be replaced, I'd consider something marginally firmer since I do plan to try the car at a few HPDE's. Thanks, Michael

POST 3Original post

Row m030 fits just great and really makes the c4s a spirited dd. call carnewal and he will walk you through options and pricing. I did it last year

POST 4Original post

PSS10, KW V1 or V3 for more serious tuning. H&R makes coilovers as well

POST 5Original post

My research on this exact same question has turned up that what we've typically thought of as the RoW M030 suspension option for the 996 is not (generally) available for the C4S (at least in this country), but what we need is the standard suspension offered on the Euro C4S, which is an upgrade from what Porsche equipped the US C4S with. Here's what I've come to think of as the official information: http://www.renntech.org/forums/topic...ck/#entry23740 Although I've not looked into the details yet, it may boil down to a question of price/cost - whether to order through Carnewal and have the transatlantic shipping added, or to order through a US online Porsche discount dealer and just pay for the local shipping.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks everyone. I have contacted Carnewal for a shipping quote. I have yet to study all the other options, but the Euro C4S suspension looks like the a good option for my purposes.

I'm happy with pss9 the prior owner put on, but at times on the hwy it can fell floaty...anyone else feel that? PL
