I still think you ought to swap out your vanity plate from "UNFAIR" to "UNUSED" - unless in Texas, like CA, they allow you to use special characters.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

27 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Alp, Schnell, SP, and many others have convinced me of the error of my ways. My 996 is absolutely the greatest most dependable vehicle I have ever owned. All alleged issues, including the IMSB one, are totally overblown and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the M96 platform. Those Porsche engineers got it right with the M96 and the design is flawless! The most dependable engine ever built. I will no longer waste countless hours dropping my engine and/or trans for cleaning, parts changing, or unnecessary maintenance, or continue wasting money on JG DT40. And,,,I have decided to really enjoy my car and start driving it daily, rain or shine. I have even signed up for several upcoming track and DE sessions! Thanks again all.

Best April Fools joke yet...I do kinda miss the lil fella "It's Alive!!!" - YouTube

POST 5Original post

So who hacked into his account? Because regardless of the date, I don't think his fingers could physically type those words.

POST 8Original post

I still think you ought to swap out your vanity plate from "UNFAIR" to "UNUSED" - unless in Texas, like CA, they allow you to use special characters. If so, I suggest "I[heart]JAKER" Have a great second quarter, Mr. Krazy.

POST 10Original post

Ferd......I sure hope not but history does repeat itself..

POST 11Original post

Well now that we have that straightened out...

You just know he has been planning this for months! The funniest thing about your April Fool's joke is that everything you wrote is true. So it's really a Bizzaro World April Fool's Gag.

KK come back for real! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hn-enjcgV1o

POST 15Original post

Your welcome KK. Nice to see you have come to your senses. Although it won't hurt anything to keep using the DT40.

It was nice while it lasted... 2003 Carrera 4S Speed Yellow / 1955 356 Continental 1500 Rust Red

'Til I realized what date it is, I thought someone slipped a couple hits of Extacy into KK's coffee.

POST 18Original post

Quotes source post: 11261898

KK wouldn't drink coffee. Caffeine is potentially bad for you. He wouldn't risk it.

POST 20Original post

Nice to see the KK jabs again. In a twisted sort of way I miss the guy. In doing a maintenance analysis I find that when he's here I spend about 80% more on my car. I guess he's helping the economy.

POST 21Original post

Quotes source post: 11262328

He's killing the environment with his 500 mi oil changes, consuming more water washing his car every other day, polluting waste with non bio-degradeable plastics from his 5k AOS swap out, etc.

Thank you Mr. Rock. Errrr, Rrocckk1?? Whatever... I'm glad you've brought such a high level of technical knowledge here for us today. I would have never thought to go to what is basically a spam website search engine for 996 problem solving. Oh by the way, your mother is a hamster.

He drinks coffee, but after every cup he goes into the doctor for a colonoscopy.

I thought about him too but I wasn't sure how many on the forum today would know who he was. Sometimes I miss ole Ben!

POST 26Original post

^^^ I guess KK could've been the modern day Ben.... must be a C4S thing.
