This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I've searched the archives and found lots of positive comments abou tthe H&Rs but not much info on the PSS9s. That would be fairly telling in and of itself except for the rave reviews I hear about the PSS9s on the 993s.
Am I mistaken in thinking the PSS9s are newly available for the 996? Does anyone have any experience with them? At what point should I consider sway bars? Can they be added easily afterwards or should I get the kit as a set?
The car will primarily be used in DEs and autoXs and also as an occasional weekend toy. Thanks!

Just my opinion, but I think you would be very pleased with the PSS-9's.
The combination of handling (with GT-3 swaybars), adjustability, ride quality, durability, and the Bilstein limited lifetime warranty (USA-sourced ones only) makes this a no-brainer, at least to me.
They will be available in the US next month.
Adjustable swaybars and coilover kits perform different, but complimentary functions and you'd be advised to install both items simultaneously.
Steve, do you know if this requires any particular install hardware for the sway bars? I have ordered the kit from Geert and plan to install next week but I don't want to start the work and realize that I am missing parts...

I have PSS9s on my 996 C2 for about two weeks now and absolutely love'm for their adjustability. I've not installed GT3 sways yet but based on initial impressions I'm better off learning how to drive better first. Set the thing to 2 or 3 setting (lower number- firm) and you've got yourself a suspension that will barely comply unless pushed very hard.
I've got the H&R CoilOver kit and have recently installed the GT3 adjustable sway bars. All from Carnewal. The GT3 sway bars require additional drop links at the front-end.
THis package is awesome! I do 15-20 DE events a year (I will buy a dedicated track car next year)and drive the car weekly on the street. It's very streetable, comfortable on the HWY and FUN.
