Suggestion

I think for those requiring engine replacement some had faulty intermediate shaft which no matter if seals are replaced leaking will still occur.

My understanding is the the main seal "recess" did not match when the left engine half is mated with the right. CNC maching error. Some engines were replaced until a special, custom, seal could be manufactured to overcome the problem. Mine got the custom seal.
