Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

I've asked my dealer to check into this on the pretext of wanting to do the PAG Grand Tour European Delivery on May 15-16.

Ive heard that some dealers will get first run cars in May and other smaller dealers in June.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I have seen and heard many different dates for the delivery of the 04 GT3. For those who have seen the order on a PCNA computer screen with a deliver date - what is that date?
Many Thanks,
Jeff

My dealer says order next week(if you have a slott/allocation) and you get it around May/ June.
I've got their 2nd slot(if I can swing it) & it will be 3-4 wks later(from today). All to be MY '04's.
Please see my '02 C2 in the Rennlist classifieds!

The orders just started going in last week. It will take at least a couple of weeks before any of them go to status PRDEST, which is the first point at which you get an estimated production completion date.
There seems to be some confusion within PMNA on build dates. My dealer was told his allocation was for a June build. Others have been told this also. However, Viken reported last week that all the allocations that are out now are for April builds. I've asked my dealer to check into this on the pretext of wanting to do the PAG Grand Tour European Delivery on May 15-16. He hasn't gotten back to me yet.
The model description on my order is very clearly for a 2003 911 GT3, not a 2004.

However, US cars are all 2004 starting with April production.
There has been different bits of info. I put in my order on Friday and was told that Im going to have a June build and the dealers 3rd allocated car. Ive heard that some dealers will get first run cars in May and other smaller dealers in June. Also I inquired about Euro delivery and PCNA said there is no Euro Delivery for the GT3 for now. Ive also beentold that there is one car per month for each dealership although I would suspect that only certain dealers will be getting cars.
All sounds very dodgy; I'm guessing all dealers will get one car to do with as they will - probably sell way above MSRP - then their second car will actually be what they sell to #1 customer on their waiting list. We all know PCNA are in the business of making money first, cars second and customer service comes, well...
I was told yesterday that PAG is not accepting orders for any cars without a customer name on the order. Dealers are way over stocked due to slow sales since December and they aren't producing cars unless there is a buyer already in hand.

Neither PAG nor PCNA require a name with every order except for the Carrera GT.

OK, how pissed are you gonna be if you're #1 on the waiting list and see your dealer of choice selling a '03 GT3 at $139,990.00 come May?

Mine was finished building end of February and arrived in France 10 days ago but I can only get it when the certification process is finished for registration and Porsche France apparently supplied the paperwork late.

Ok, so here's the official scoop from my salesman who got it from his regional contact.
Each dealer is getting 1 car allocation initially. A few will be for April production, the rest are for May-July depending on the size of the dealer. My car will be a May build and we expect delivery in June. Additional production will be allocated after the summer break.
There is a Euro delivery program, $3K extra for a GT3. However, it is not currently in place and won't be ready for the April/May builds.
A/C is standard on all US GT3s but the stock A/C is the old manual type with ***** and stuff. The no charge option code is to upgrade the A/C to the automatic climate control version that I believe is standard in the Carrera line. There is no A/C delete on US cars.
That's it for now. I'm supposed to have a confirmed production date by the end of this week, so we'll see.

So when will most dealers be getting their second cars? The letter from PCNA says all dealers will get at least one between May and August. Does that mean they might get more?
I am second at my dealer and wanted to know when I might get to order mine.
Here is my guess: Prior RS and GT3 model type production has been in the 1600 to 2400 car range. Assuming things stay the same, I think the average dealer will get one or two more cars based on dealer size. Small dealers may get no more cars.
