Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Got my 2003 C4S yesterday, what a hoot! Artic silver with black, drop-dead gorgeous. Not exceeding 4,200 rpm as per break-in instructions but that's plenty for most situations around town, I just would like to listen to it at the higher RPMs! Very impressed with the Navigation system. It is very well intergrated with the stereo and on-board computer, the instructions are clear and eerily accurate. I did not order it (and did not pay for it either!) but it is nifty and I can now understand why someone who travelled widely might want it. The Bose stereo is first rate, it is the first Porsche stereo I have had that isn't mediocre. The car is very comfortable given its performance capacities and is quieter, smoother and better riding that the 993 C4 I just sold. I am sure that as time and miles and a few DE events roll by, the true character of the car will be made manifest and I can't wait. Porsches are cars with character and personality and like people, they take time to get to know but again, as with people, they return your investment. They are cars to fall in love with and not many consumer products today have that going for them.

POST 2Original post

POST 3Original post

Congratulations! I love widebodies...and wow, Navigation at no additional cost too. Enjoy your beautiful new Porsche.

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Drove it today about 30 miles up into Michigan from Ohio. Used the NAV system and got a kick out of noticing that the map screen places a checkered flag at the destination. A really nice Porsche touch I thought, I don't know if it is unique to Porsche but it couldn't be more appropriate.
