Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Had a roll bar installed, which required seat removal, and battery disconnect. got the message (too late) about the air bag light, but the top won't go up. the panel lifts but thats it .. any ideas...??/ thanks Roy <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="frown.gif" />

POST 2Original post

Could be a microswitch on the top, but have the dealer reset the airbag light fault. If there is continued trouble, they have the TSB on it, and should be able to handle the change of the control unit and wiring harness if needed (the one under the seat, not the main).

POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Thanks for the input, I now realize I have two different problems, one caused by the battery removal, and the other ??? I suspect caused by welding the roll bar brace to the back seat wall. any one know whats on the other side of the back seat wall, as it relates to the cab top.. Tx
