two different topics. I never received my '02 Cab paper weight with serial number and porsche emblem despite a purchase a year ago. Called Porsche N-A and got it in six weeks without a fight. Nice little token to have. Had a lot of rattle/clicking noise from rear sides of my Cab. Dealer said a TSB had been issued for '02 996's and they fixed it well. Nice that they agreed there was a problem and fixed it.
