Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Hey guys. Whats a reasonable price to have 18" sanded and powdercoated in the US? I got quotod $150 per wheel, is that normal? Thanks //Norb

POST 2Original post

that seems high. chads996 just got a set of four done in atlanta; maybe ask him?

POST 4Original post

noby, i usually pay 50-100$ per wheel depending on difficulty of the job. You guys get taxed pretty hard tho so i wouldn't be surprised if things were more expensive in sweden

POST 5Original post

FWIW - I paid $250 or so for the entire set lightly blasted and powder coated. And that included a full set of matching lugs too. That price is high. Very high. I used http://www.procryo.com Good people. Porsche folks in fact. Fully certified Metallurgist on site. Highly recommended. C.

POST 6 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

This is not sweden, its in the US I got quotod. In sweden we pay for powdercoated about $300 including blasting, thats why I asked if that is normal price in US to pay $150 per wheel, I guess answer is NO.
