I have noticed it seems to idle a bit better and run a little better right when the variocam kicks, but then again I have a 1999 996 and haven't done the ROW reprogramming yet.

Also how many gallons do you typically have to add to make the octane overall great? I was told 4? but that's like 20 bucks. I have noticed it seems to idle a bit better and run a little better right when the variocam kicks, but then again I have a 1999 996 and haven't done the ROW reprogramming yet. thanks.
