Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

The traditional Triple Bypass route was changed due to road construction, but we still went over three passes: Kenosha Pass, Red Hill Pass and Hoosier Pass.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Today I attended the Triple Bypass tour with our local PCA group. We had over 50 cars in attendance on our scenic drive from Denver to Breckenridge for brunch. The traditional Triple Bypass route was changed due to road construction, but we still went over three passes: Kenosha Pass, Red Hill Pass and Hoosier Pass. The weather was nice and cool - in the high 50s. Interestingly, the Aspen trees at higher altitudes were already starting to turn yellow. Fall may come early this year!
We had lots of 996s, 997s, a 991 and a host of 986 and 987 cars. There were lots of air-cooled cars too, so it was a nice mix.
Attached is a pic of my car on the top of Hoosier Pass, right on the Continental Divide.
I may be mistaken, but that looks like a Mini Cooper and a bunch of pickups you were out playing with. By chance , did everybody else have a hard time maintaining pace with you?
Post a couple of more pics - not just of that beautiful C4S, but throw in some of the other (Porsche) cars and that Colorado scenery. Remember, pics or it didn't happen!
My wife didn't make it on this drive, and she is typically my photographer. I have a few more from the initial morning gathering. I'll post some when I got home from work tonight.
Nice summary, Dennis. I was in Breckenridge two weeks ago. 35F at night, delightful. Leaves on Boreas Pass hadn't started changing at that time, but the trees were very healthy. Hope it turns out to be great fall. I was surprised at how the forests had really "greened" up despite the lodge pine beetle kill.
Nice pics, Dennis - I wish I could have joined but was driving back from a family vacation in northern MI. Left Des Moines yesterday morning during a heat wave - temps hit 99 deg during the drive home. Sure was nice getting back to the Boulder Valley and 80 deg.
Are you planning to attend any of the remaining tours or events this year? I've never made the one down to the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, but I've heard it's pretty nice. I'm also planning to attend a few more of the PBC events now that things have calmed down a bit around here (settled into new house, both kids off to CSU).
Dennis.....what a refreshing post! I could almost smell the fresh air thru my computer screen.
Lesson to newbies......isn't nice to read about driving our cars instead of writing posts about IMS, RMS, this or that? Drive your cars and search is your friend. If it is not you are lazy.
Sorry for the hijack D.
Saw this thread and reminded me of a thread I started in OT a while back. Bunch of Boxsters caught by the Google Street car up on Mt. Evans.
