Sorry to hear that OAK. They've gone above and beyond for me. you're not the only guy to say good things about By Design though. i'll definitely check them out too.

I thought they were the premier Porsche wheel specialist. But after speaking to other customers, they have received the same crappy service also. When talking to WE guys I get a sense of apathy, and arrogance. And a sense of being "burnt out". On the other hand when talking to the By Design guys, they are much more service oriented. And they will return calls. "Eventually" LOL!
