I'm getting urge to change rear bumper covers from stock to something special, but not too wild.
Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

I'm getting urge to change rear bumper covers from stock to something special, but not too wild. Car is at shop for the next month for storage and some work. Need info and sources ASAP. I know Gemballa makes a turbo-look rear for narrowbodies. Does anyone else and where else might I look. Pics would help. TIA,
Hi Don:
Rocky mentioned that the 996TT rear bumper fits the narrowbodied '02 996 with very little modifications. I will have him PM you with the details.

The C4S bumper and the Turbo bumper will fit the narrow body 996 with minor modifications.
The only real problem is the different offset for the tail pipes.
Theres a 996 narrow body parks next to me in my condo building. It has the aero package plus a C4S like vented rear bumper panel. I'll try and post some shots and ask the guy where he got it.
OT...theres 11 Porsches in my condo building in Vancouver?
Speedart bumper requires molding and modifications to the exhaust. Anzianos and Ruf both make direct bolt-on versions.
