Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Is there any way of changing layouts/colour schemes on the PCM (I have PCM2 - which performs great, but looks a bit dull in some screens).

I've not checked the differences but suspect it may just be a way of changing the saturation of the same colors to be more visible during the day.

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

3 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Is there any way of changing layouts/colour schemes on the PCM (I have PCM2 - which performs great, but looks a bit dull in some screens). Are there any cryptic key presses to gain access to other hidden functionality that anyone knows of ? Greg 03 C2 Arctic Silver

POST 2Original post

I'm not aware of any "hidden" means of changing the layouts. You can change the color scheme by choosing "set" while in the main menu and following the choices. (page 18 of PCM2 manual): "2.2.6 Setting Display - ...."After selecting Color Scheme using the rotary **** choose one of the settings -Day Design, night Design, or Automatic. To apply the selected setting, press the rotary ****." I've not checked the differences but suspect it may just be a way of changing the saturation of the same colors to be more visible during the day. Let us know if you find another solution. POST 3 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've tried the day/night/auto settings, and these simply change the contrast rather than the colour schemes or layouts - I bet there is some way to get at more comprehensive controls - but like everything else - it's only easy when you know how - do any Porsche engineers with access to this information access this forum ?
