Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

12 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I finally got my 996. I got rid of an E36 M3 for it. The previous owner traded it in for a Ferarri 360. Anyways, it's got an extended warranty to 2005 or 100,000 miles, 18" wheels, H&R springs, an awesome upgraded stereo, on board computer, supple leather, and tinted windows. Oh yea, and brand new S02's. And get this, 16,200 miles on it. It looks showroom perfect. The previous owner always garaged it and I don't think it's ever even seen rain. Can't wait to drive it more and get it on the track. I haven't had much time with it yet because we just had our first son too. So we have two new additions to the family!

POST 4Original post

Congrats on the new family member! Oh, and your son as well! Join the PCA and come out and play. Chris

POST 9Original post

Wow there are a lot of '00 in Austin for that price right now. '01 are creeping into the mid 50s as well.

POST 10Original post

Not too bad, a little high, but with the warranty and the other stuff I would say pretty damn fair. I am envious I am still looking!!! Where did you end up finding it? I have been looking diligently to no avail yet, thanks.

They always have pretty clean cars there. I thought it was a great price for having a $3000 extended warranty and about a $1500 stereo upgrade.

POST 12Original post

Right on. I used to live in irvine and that place is great! They are really mellow and don't pull any stunts.
