Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

7 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

  • Rennlist: 1 discussions

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I've been waiting for the SC from TPC for.....I've lost track. I bought new wheels and my friend that works there told me that they just finished a kit using a eaton roots type blower. 8 or 9000$$ installed. I haven't seen it up close and personal, but my friend told me it was solid and I believe him. TPC told me that the kit they were putting out is 13000 installed. That's up six thousand from the quote they gave me several months ago.Anyone want more info call them [phone removed] ask for Matt

POST 2Original post

Talked to Matt at By Design yesterday. Gonna do the 996 supercharger @ $9000 installed. Only bad part, he's in LA and I'm in Detroit. How much to ship a car from Detroit to Los Angeles? Any recommendations?

POST 3Original post

Yellow, Just another option. I might be willing to drive it there and back for you if the timing was right. As a Northwest pilot, based in DTW, I usually have a fair amount of days off to do so. Walt 99 Cab

POST 4Original post

Yellow, are there going to be components other than the SC, belt, etc. in the motor itself to strengthen it? Would be very interested!

POST 5 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

Yellow Shipping is approximately 700-1000 depending on who you call. Call your dealer and ask who they use or check the yellow pages. Good-luck....

POST 6Original post

When I used InterCity Truck lines I always specified upper level in nose. That way I know car is not shuffled around enroute. May take a little longer but no one is fooling around with it. You can also specify that your car not be started. Costs a bit more but they're not supposed to even turn the motor over.

POST 7Original post

Let us know how the SC works after you have installed... maybe i'll not have to wait for TPC if the performance is good...
