Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

6 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have a 2 month old C2 Cab that stickered for $102,555. (pretty loaded) that I'm looking to sell. How bad of a hit should I realistically expect to take? It has less than 1,000 miles. JFB

POST 2Original post

There's a 2002 Cab on Ebay with 6k miles with a buy it now of $73k. Of course this is the not the best time of year to be selling a Cabriolet.

POST 3Original post

FWIW, Bruce Anderson rated the 2000 Carrera Cabs at $73,600 last September. It just goes to show how quickly prices have dropped. As prices drop I guess value increases..ast least to the buyer. I hope you're not forced to sell into this market

POST 4 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I have an offer today of $83,000. Guess I'm gonna get killed, unless I wait a couple of months. Maybe things will get worse !!

POST 5Original post

JFB, You're gonna get killed. To sticker that high the car most likely has vanity options like wood, carbon fibre, etc. Those types of options pretty much lose 75% of their value immediately. IMHO...

POST 6Original post

I think I would take 83k and race to the bank....dealers are discounting high MSRP cabs. by 10k plus With my luck, someone would run into me if I didn't take the offer.....
