I installed the FabSpeed on my '00 C-2 and absolutely loved it. Had it on the car for about a year and then installed it on an '02 C-2. Great sound, easy install and it lasts. I now have an '02 996TT and the Fabspeed now sits in an '01 C-2. Three cars in three years and it still sounds great. Go for it.

Dustman, Minimal HP gains with an exhaust change, probably on the order of 5-10 HP max. The real benefit is improved sound, I found this particularly helpful at the track where it was nearly impossible to hear the stock exhaust with a helmet. I have the Ruf exhaust on my car and I like it a lot. Sounds like an air cooled car at idle and a GT3 at full throttle, no resonance. Definitely not too loud and no motor boat sound at idle. But, it's pretty pricey at $1600 so it's on the higher end of all the possible exhausts.
