Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

Get the wholesale value. The car is then worth -- if it is worth owning at all -- from its wholesale value to whatever you are willing to pay and whatever the seller is willing to take.
If you want follow some examples that you fancy and when they have appeared to sell call about the car and see if you can learn what the car sold for.
Also note how long the cars remain for sale. Generaly with new cars a 30 day supply is about (about) average. Under 30 days means cars are flying off the lot. Over means well, means they are not flying off the lot. (Bought a new Camaro when GM had a 200+ day supply of cars... Got it for $7K under sticker. Sure not a GT3 not anywhere near one but just pointing out demand or lack of demand helps determine the price of something. Including a GT3.)
No problem with posting this question here as there are probably several guys dreaming and watching the GT3 market, but you might also want to post on the 996 GT2/GT3 board. Sorry I'm no help other than that as I just know they are way more than my toy budget.
It's high but this is essentially a museum piece so it's hard to quantify it compared to normal daily driver or track rat.
Depends what you want to do with it? If you won't drive it often and want to see it possibly appreciate in value this might be the one for you. If you want to drive it then your investment will begin depreciating more quickly.
GT3s are difficult to price. Condition is uber important with emphasis on uber. A great many GT3s have been tracked so ... buyer beware. If you're just interested in a daily then have you considered a turbo? All the speed at half the price.
