Hi all and sorry if this has been beaten to death. I did use the search function but to no avail... I have bought and installed LED DRLs with a module (from dectane) that switches the DRLs off when I turn on the headlights. It sounds easy enough, connect red cable to battery+, black cable to battery- and orange cable to position light positive... Before I do anything stupid, which cable is that? I think I read somewhere that it is the read/white one but would like that confirmed. Thanks in advance

Your car is a ROW and I think this diagram is US. Also not sure what year your car is. The good news is that it looks like you can tap the signal at a fuse. You need the measure voltage at the fuse to insure it is the signal you are looking for. Good luck.

This wire diagram is for the 99/00 models so I can't be sure it is the same for you car. I am guessing the headlight wiring didn't change much over the 996 model years. I would see if the wire colors are the same and then nick the insulation to get to the wire and measure it with a volt meter with the parking lights on/off.
