I received my pedals yesterday and must say I am a bit disappointed!
There were no instructions for installation. The four pedals had 10 anchor holes
total, an included package had 9 bolts and screws............
Something does not add up here.
So I called these guys up and asked about the poor packaging/documentation.
I got apologies and an explanation of how to install.
Sigh...........................

Please forgive us, the last thing we want is for any customer to be disappointed and it appears you are very miffed over 1 missing bolt & missing instructions. Because it is such a simple installation we had just assumed any Porsche owner with even the most basic of mechanical skills could see how they mount without instructions, but it now appears that we were wrong. We sincerely apologize for obviously upsetting you and making you call us for the installation information.
For all of the rest of you Porsche owners, here is the install instructions in readers digest condensed form;
You set the new aluminum pedals over the top of your existing pedals, mark the drill points through the holes in our pedals with a sharpie, drill the holes in your existing pedals, then bolt the aluminum pedals & screw the new dead pedal on. That's all there is to it!
There are 3 bolts in the gas pedal, 2 bolts in the brake pedal & 2 bolts in clutch pedal for a total of 7 bolts. The dead pedal attaches to the left footwell with 2-3 self tapping sheet metal screws. Since it is not a control device a single screw at the top & bottom of the dead pedal (foot rest) is sufficient for all but actual racing applications.

Wow! what a way to insult a customer. Because I thought you were a reputable company, I assumed I would get all the parts and instructions. I was naturally curious as the the proper way to install them.
Remind me to never do business with GT3 TEK again! The insult was your final nail in the coffin...
What you need to understand is we spend a lot of $$ & time to be here as a sponsor and will not sit idly by and have you insult our business in this or any forum especially after we had spoke to each other on the phone about this yesterday and thought it was finished. 99.9% of our customers who have small problems such as 1 missing screw do not start conversations for assistance by speaking down to us, your attitude has been nothing but confrontational and derogatory since you called.
The owner of the company spent 20 minutes on the phone with you yesterday explaining how to install the parts to make up for the missing instructions and you stated everything was A OK, not a big deal, but then for whatever reason you decided this morning to flame us in an open forum when we had already apologized to you the day before.
We have made this pedal pattern for over 20 years and have never had any customer have problems installing them with or without instructions until now. If a capable person looks at the 4 pieces there is only one way they can be mounted and we just thought that was obvious to the layman or home mechanic.
No matter what you think, after 25 years in the Porsche parts manufacturing business we have many thousands more customers who think we are reputable and actually very skilled at our job to worry about your threats.

In all fairness to a site sponsor, these issues are best solved privately before the negative posting begins. Can you at least post a pic how the install came out? Does it look OK?
