You have to read the error code(s) with a scanner and start from there. Simplest is a coil pack went kaput.

Doesn't hurt to remove the MAF and give her a good spray with MAF cleaner. Do you happen to have a K/N type air filter that is oiled ?

Yes I do but I have not cleaned it I kno about to much oil

In the case of a bad MAF, the symptoms do not always point clearly at the offending hardware. Most of the time the error code or codes provide the best clue or clues as to what is going on at least regarding the MAF. Even then the clues can be ambiguous and some further investigation is needed to eliminate other possible causes and confirm the MAF is the culprit.

Yea, most likely that's the cause or a lose connection to the coil. Just make sure your hear the click when you plug it in.

Unclip your MAF at idle and see if the symptoms go away....
