what is a reasonable price to have this kit installed in the Bay Area? anybody recommend certain places in the area?

On my 99 in Seattle area I paid about $8k (1000, not 1024) for a perfect installation and paint match.

I actually did the whole job myself. It's not that hard really, but spend the most time on your side skirts, they're the hardest. The hardest part of that is lining up the mounting holes for the aluminum railing that holds the sides in place. The front bumper cover is cake, so is the rear decklid. I did both of those without help, but it's always nice to have another hand. If you don't want to do the whole thing, at *least* do the front and rear pieces, then let a *DEALER* do the side skirts. Haveing just any ole body shop do it IMO is worse than you doing it blindfolded. If they don't have experience with 996 aero kits, stay away.
