Explicit resolution reports before identified causes, performed actions and suggestions. Within each level, matching component labels precede direct query mentions and inherited thread context; successful versus unsuccessful discussion counts, owner confirmations and independent discussion support determine order. This is not a probability of success.

And also with respect to exterior changes I would restore the front end with the classic headlite that you see with other 911's(uprighted litronic with pronounced classic hump) granted it may introduce more drag but with the increased displacement of the watercool engine top speed wouldn't hurt that much and by the way who the heck goes that fast anyway : ).

Coverage and how to read this overview

Counts describe captured discussions, not unique people or a diagnosis. Author identities are not reliably stored. Exact duplicate evidence is counted once across matching discussions; one discussion counts at most once per action/state. Multiple repairs reported together remain a combination. Suggestions and failed attempts do not establish a fix. Matches cover whole discussions and can include related faults, model variants and incomplete threads.

2 eligible posts · 0 unverified posts · 1 discussions match the subject in their title or opening post.

0 evidence records excluded for query context · 0 excluded by outcome qualification · 0 adjusted by outcome qualification.

0 acknowledgements have no verified action link; they do not establish a repair result.

POST 1 / ORIGINAL POSTEROriginal post

I would design a 3.8 boxer 6 engine putting out 350 hp then offer a Powerkit that would include a supercharger meaning the 3.8 would be reinforced for the higher output. It seems with what they are offering in terms of Powerkits it seems small and the costs seem not to match well for what you're getting but with a supercharger I can justify paying a little more for the better performer. I know that an 8 cylinder is rumored but don't you ask yourself how well your car does with just a 6 cylinder? I've been several DE events and have to say people do say how well my 996 does on the track. Just my thoughts : ). Mike

Also I would add the reflector strip for the rear like the C4S or at least have PAG make optional fixed spoilers with the strip. I think with those changes that would be my next Porsche since I'm still enjoying mine : ). Regards. Mike
