The inside lights, door lights and gas door lock didn't work until A Porsche dealer went in with his PIWIS tester and took the Alarm Modual out of 'transit mode' in the special menu part.

So my fob died few months, today I finally went to the dealer and got a new one. So I left the trunk and frunk open hoping the car would beep when I press the alarm like it used too. But to my horror the car stopped doing that. So not sure if the dealer turned something off or is something broken in my car. But it used to beep when I pressed the alarm key lock the car to let me know I left something open. Any suggestions besides go back to the dealer?

They were in there could be something got changed. Check a few other things like do the door marker lights come on when you open the doors? Dealer may have left it in dealer mode where some of the bells, whistles & lights are disabled to extend battery life on the showroom floor.

So haven't had a chance to visit dealer yet but I plugged my PST2 and could not find an option to turn dealer mode off anywhere. But i did find this drive link that tests the alarm horn (as per picture) and it does not work. There is no sound when I press to turn it on. The lights from the door turn on, the car knows that the front or the back are open. So not sure if my alarm horn is messed up as the wheel horn works and I thought it was the same horn.
