I was recently cleaning under the engine and noticed that the mounting points for the protection plate appear to have hoses with eyelets near them as if they should be attached to the engine with screws even when the car is not fitted with a protection plate.

Do screws com with the engine protection plate or are they(screws) already fitted to the engine from the factory? I ask because my car used to have an engine protection plate, which I removed and sold along with the mounting screws. I was recently cleaning under the engine and noticed that the mounting points for the protection plate appear to have hoses with eyelets near them as if they should be attached to the engine with screws even when the car is not fitted with a protection plate. Did I get rid of the factory screws when I sold the protection plate? TIA for any help.

As I recall, there are three attachment points for the EPP. I purchased one , no screws included, and the ones on the attachment points were on the engine. yea, you gave away the factory screws; but I'm sure there are some metric ones you can purchase at hardware/auto shop that'll fit.

Contact Suncoast and ask them, i have one but my Shop got it and installed it for me.

Yep get them from dealer or an auto parts store, standard metric bolts.
